Sam Ivey

Sam joined MDH Partners in 2026 as a Development Analyst. He supports the development team in evaluating and executing industrial development opportunities, including market analysis, underwriting, due diligence, and project execution.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, with an area of emphasis in Pricing in Evaluation. Prior to joining MDH, he completed internships with Landmark Properties and PulteGroup.

Originally from Atlanta, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors and grilling.
