Mike Villavicencio

Mike joined MDH Partners in October 2024 in the role of Vice President, Construction Management. He oversees capital improvements, tenant improvement, and make-ready projects across the western portion of the portfolio.

Prior to joining MDH, Mike worked with Sealy & Company, where he managed tenant improvement, make-ready and capital expenditure projectsa cross several markets, including Dallas, Kansas City, & St. Louis.

Earlier in his career, Mike worked at Huffman Builders, where he managed office and medical build-outs, including projects completed during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Mike earned his degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
