Mike Villavicencio

Mike joined MDH Partners in October 2024 in the role of Vice President, Construction Management and is focused on all Capital, TI, & Make-Ready projects for the western portion of the portfolio.

Previous to joining MDH, Mike was with Sealy & Company, where he oversaw TI, make-ready and CapEx projects across multiple markets, including Dallas, Kansas City, & St. Louis. Prior to his tenure at Sealy & Company, Mike worked for Huffman Builders, where he managed office and medical office build outs, which was no small feat during the height of the pandemic! Mike is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas.
