Michael Loffredo

Michael joined MDH Partners as a Capital Markets Associate in 2022 following his MBA. He is responsible for the company’s lender relationships, debt financings, and compliance with joint venture and lender requirements. 

Prior to his MBA, Michael had over 5 years of experience in Construction Project Management. Michael helped lead two significant mega-projects to completion: the $4.5B design-build redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport in New York and $400 million Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, DC. Additionally, following a move to the Southeast, Michael helped spearhead the construction of an $85 million manufacturing, logistics, and distribution facility outside of Charlotte, NC for Prime Beverage Group.  

Michael has developed an expertise in managing complex operations, quality control, and procurement for scopes of varying sizes. He has strategically scoped, negotiated, and executed subcontracts valued between $10,000 and $28 million, managing critical-path trades and mission-critical contracts. In doing so, he has carefully coordinated a wide diversity of stakeholders, in the public and private realms, as well as domestic and international entities. 

Michael earned a B.S. (Hons) from Cornell University and an M.B.A from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
