Micah Rosen
Senior Vice President, Development
Micah joined MDH Partners in April 2022, and serves as Senior Vice President of Development, overseeing acquisition-level physical diligence for the firm’s portfolio.
Micah has over 30 years of professional experience in design. His background as an architect in commercial real estate development provides expertise regarding urban and environmental issues, design and operations criteria, construction, accessible design, and sustainability and resilience for investment-grade building types and land sites. Business and personal relationships, developed over 30 years in the southeast region, nationally and internationally, provide a diverse set of external resources to complement that experience. Micah’s knowledge base and capacity for analysis and innovation deliver value for investors.
Prior to joining MDH, Micah was a Director and Regional Architect of MetLife Investment Management (MIM). Within MIM, Micah’s roles included managing physical due diligence for acquisitions and commercial mortgage lending, capital planning, and R&M oversight for a diverse portfolio of over fifty buildings in the southeastern US. He also advised on new development and repositioning projects in the workplace, hospitality, residential, retail, and industrial sectors.
Micah earned his Bachelor of Science – Architecture at the University of Virginia and his Master of Architecture at Rice University. He is a Registered Architect in Georgia, holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and holds a LEED Legacy AP designation as one of the earliest LEED Accredited Professionals in Georgia.
