Maylene Renninger

Maylene joined MDH Partners in January 2022 as an Asset Management Analyst focused on portfolio analysis, value creation through strategic leasing and capital projects, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the entire portfolio. 

Prior to joining MDH, Maylene was an Investment Analyst intern for RBC Capital Markets within the tax credit syndication group. She was responsible for financial modeling, constructing investor-facing materials, and reviewing market studies and developer materials to conduct due diligence analysis. Maylene also worked part-time with Woda Cooper Companies for two school years, a low-income housing tax credit developer. Maylene oversaw the underwriting for real estate transactions from conception to closing and produced operating expense budgets using Yardi Systems and CoStar. She developed a thorough knowledge of state Qualified Allocation Plans, site selection scoring criteria, and assisted in reviewing and coordinating materials for LIHTC applications. 

Maylene earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate with minors in both Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability (EEDS) and Music, Media, and Enterprise (MME) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She is a member of NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders, IWIRE North Texas, and Ladies in CRE.
