Makenna Barbara

Makenna joined MDH Partners in November 2020 as an Analyst focusing on analyzing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities.

Since joining, Makenna has supported the acquisitions team on over $830,000,000 in closed or under-contract deals across nearly 6.5 million square feet in 10 different states from coast to coast.  

Prior to MDH, Makenna worked as a Private Asset Analyst analyzing and structuring private asset fund financial data, as well as evaluating Private Equity and Venture Capital strategies. 

Makenna earned her BS in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University and then her MS in Banking and Finance from King’s College London with distinction and her Dissertation from King’s College went on to win the 2021 Charles H. Dow Award from the CMT Association.
