John Kull

John manages development projects across MDH’s entire portfolio.  

John joined MDH Partners in May 2017 and focused on capital projects across the portfolio. He managed over $50 million in capital projects in that capacity prior to transitioning to a ground-up, new development role in 2023. 

Prior to MDH, John worked as a project manager for two highly regarded regional general contractors, logging 6 years at Juneau Construction and then more recently 2 years at Choate Construction. 

John earned a BS in Building Construction from Georgia Tech and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Georgia State University.  He also holds LEED AP and GBI Green Globes Professional certifications. John is an active member of NAIOP’s Georgia chapter and NAIOP National Forums.
