Houston Hawley

Houston leads MDH’s acquisition efforts across the Southeast Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest, bringing a track record of disciplined execution and market expansion to each region he covers.

Since joining MDH in 2017, Houston has built his career across the full spectrum of the firm’s operations. In his current acquisition leadership role, he has closed in excess of $1 billion in transactions and led MDH’s entry into multiple new markets across the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest. Prior to that, he supported the firm’s acquisition efforts as an associate across MDH’s first fund, evaluating all new investment activity. He began his MDH tenure on the asset management team, overseeing leasing and operations across approximately 3 million square feet in Georgia, Florida, and the Carolinas.

Prior to joining MDH, Houston worked in enterprise sales and partnerships for several Silicon Valley startups.

Houston is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and is an active member of NAIOP’s Georgia Chapter and its national Developing Leaders program.
