Georga Rowe

Georga joined MDH Partners in October 2019 to evaluate and pursue new acquisitions across Texas and the Southwest.

Georga serves as Managing Director of Acquisitions covering Texas and Southwestern states.  With over 16 years of experience in industrial leasing, asset management, and acquisitions, Georga leads the Dallas office in pursuit of acquisition opportunities across the Southwest. Leveraging strong broker relationships and a deep knowledge of the distribution markets across this region, Georga has closed approximately $175 million in transactions since joining the MDH team in the fall of 2019. In recognition of her exceptional professional success, Georga was named one of GlobeSt. Real Estate’s Fifty Under 40 in 2020 which highlights top professionals in the commercial real estate industry who are under the age of 40.

Prior to joining MDH, Georga served as a Vice President of Asset Management at GLP for more than five years.  She has also worked at Cobalt Capital Partners and Prologis covering major markets across Texas, Tennessee, and the Southwest.

Georga is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance. Georga continues to stay connected to SMU volunteering her time to mentor students at the Cox Career Management Center.  Georga is also active in her memberships with NAIOP North Texas, NAIOP National Forums, and IWIRE North Texas.
