Georga Rowe

As a Managing Director at MDH Partners, Georga leads the firm’s Dallas office, oversees acquisition efforts across Texas, and serves as the company’s Chief People Officer. As a member of the executive leadership team, she helps drive the firm’s investment strategy, organizational growth, and talent development initiatives. 

With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, Georga has built a reputation for identifying compelling investment opportunities, cultivating long-standing industry relationships, and leading with a collaborative, people-first approach. Her experience spans leasing, asset management, acquisitions, organizational leadership, and investment strategy, providing a comprehensive perspective throughout the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining MDH Partners in 2019, Georga held positions with Prologis, Cobalt Capital Partners, Indcor Properties, and GLP, where she developed extensive experience across institutional real estate investment and operations.

Georga earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. She serves on the Board of Directors for CREDA DFW (formerly NAIOP North Texas) and is an active participant in CREDA National Forums. Georga and her husband, Kyle, enjoy playing cards, frequenting their neighborhood wine shop, and traveling to new places, most often with their dogs, Libby and Oliver.
