Operations Manager
Francesca joined the MDH team in July 2021 as the Operations Manager. She is an experienced Project Manager who has worked in various industries including, hospitality management, manufacturing, and operations.
Before joining MDH Partners, Francesca held Office Manager and Project Manager roles at the Nichiha USA, Inc. corporate office in Johns Creek, GA. As the Office Manager, Francesca supported more than 130 office employees and a C-level leadership team of 5 while efficiently managing the administrative and operational functions for the office.
As a Project Manager, she has led several projects that include an implementation of an ERP software system, a company-wide document management system, office renovations, relocations, and she has created and administered company-wide training literature, tests, and SOP’s, which helped to streamline inter-departmental processes.
Francesca is a graduate of Lincoln University with a BSN in Nursing.
