Manager, Operations


Francesca joined the MDH team in July 2021 as MDH’s Operations Manager. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day facilities operations for the Atlanta and Dallas offices.  

In addition to her primary role, Francesca acts as an IT liaison, assisting in managing technical projects that align with the organization’s business objectives, and supporting the asset management team in tracking property taxes.

Francesca chairs the company’s Culture Committee, working closely with the team to plan company-wide events and fostering a positive company culture that aligns team-building activities with the organization’s vision and values.

Before joining MDH, Francesca served as an Office Manager and Project Manager, where she supported over 130 office employees and a C-level leadership team of five by managing the office’s administrative and operational functions.

As a Project Manager, she successfully led various initiatives, including ERP software implementations, data migrations, renovations, and relocations. She has created and administered company-wide training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamlining inter-departmental processes.

Francesca graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
