Francesca joined the MDH team in July 2021 as MDH’s Operations Manager. In this capacity, she oversees the day-to-day facilities operations for the Atlanta and Dallas offices.  

Francesca is responsible for general HR processes, including onboarding new employees and maintaining corporate records, policies, and procedures. She handles all corporate communications for MDH and its portfolio, including branding, social media, and marketing. Additionally, she coordinates MDH’s annual stakeholder conferences and company-wide events. She serves as an IT liaison, overseeing technical projects enhancing the organization’s business goals and all IT hardware. Francesca also manages key operational processes, such as property tax tracking.  

Before joining MDH, Francesca held Office Manager and Project Manager roles at Nichiha USA, Inc., as the Office Manager, she supported more than 130 office employees and a C-level leadership team of 5 while managing the administrative and operational functions of the office. 

As a Project Manager, she has led several projects that include ERP software implementations, data migrations, office renovations, and relocations, and she has created and administered company-wide training literature, tests, and SOPs, which helped to streamline inter-departmental processes. 

Francesca is a graduate of Lincoln University with a BSN in Nursing.
