Ethan Benville

Ethan joined MDH Partners full-time in May 2022 as an analyst focusing on analyzing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities.  

Since joining, Ethan has supported the acquisitions team on nearly $270,000,000 and over 3.3 million square feet of new transactions in 7 markets across the Southeast and Midwest.  

Prior to joining MDH, Ethan worked as a summer asset management analyst for JBG Smith and a structured credit analyst at Angel Oak Capital Advisors. 

Ethan has a BSBA in Finance with a minor in Artificial Intelligence from the Georgia Institute of Technology. During his time at Georgia Tech, he served as one of ten voting members on the Student Foundation’s $2,000,000 endowment.
