Drew Crawford

Drew joined MDH Partners in 2021 as Vice President and member of the Asset Management team. Drew is primarily responsible for properties in the MDH Partners Fund portfolio located in Texas and the Western United States. 

He specializes in underwriting and valuation, as well as the integration of newly acquired assets. In addition to monitoring the Fund’s overall portfolio, he takes an active role in oversight of leasing programs and capital projects to optimize the performance of the overall portfolio. In his time with MDH, he has been responsible for 45 lease transactions totaling over 4.1 million square feet. 

Prior to joining MDH, Drew served as Vice President – Market Leader at the Finial Group. He launched the inaugural satellite office for Finial in Dallas during the fall of 2018, significantly growing the firm’s platform in the DFW market during his tenure. He oversaw a team of brokers and was integrally involved in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and property management. Drew began his career as a commercial leasing and sales broker for NAI Partners. 

Drew is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he earned a BBA in Finance. He is a native of Houston and now resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.
