Cristina Dumas

Cristina serves as Head of Operations at MDH Partners, overseeing the firm’s internal infrastructure across its Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles offices. She partners with senior leadership on strategy, culture, and operations spanning HR, IT, facilities, and marketing.

Prior to her current role, Cristina joined MDH as Chief of Staff in May 2023, reporting to CEO Jeff Small, providing high-level operational support across all facets of the firm. Before joining MDH, she served as Director of Operations at New City Properties, a real estate development firm with over $2 billion in projects across Georgia and Tennessee, where she oversaw day-to-day operations and helped grow the company from three to ten employees. She has also held roles at Jamestown, Starwood Mortgage Capital, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in Miami, FL.

Cristina earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami. She completed additional studies at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and the Université de Bourgogne in Dijon, France. Cristina is fluent in Spanish.
