Chris Stanley

Chris oversees the development activity for MDH’s entire portfolio, including new construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects. He is also responsible for due diligence on all pending acquisitions.  

Chris and his team manage all new development, tenant improvements, capital projects, and acquisitions physical diligence for MDH’s portfolio. They have the unique opportunity to work with every asset and lifecycle phase across MDH’s portfolio.  

Chris’ 35 years of construction and development experience includes over 15 million square feet of office and industrial building projects, as well as, horizontal development, tenant improvements, brownfield redevelopment, food processing, and heavy/process industrial projects. He has worked with clients including Amazon, Anheuser-Busch, PPG, and Sage Software. Chris’ long-term affiliation with MDH extends back to the late 90’s with MD Hodges Enterprises. 

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida. He is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of The American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE), and a member of NAIOP National Development Forum (VI).
