Charles Tinsley

Charles serves as Vice President of Construction. Since May 2021, he has successfully led MDH’s efforts in capital expenditures and improvement initiatives for the fund.

He works closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute property improvement strategies in alignment with acquisitions and asset management objectives. He oversees a $20 million annual budget to enhance an excess of 20+ million square foot logistics real estate portfolio. He has delivered over 2 million square feet of first-generation improvements for new development projects.

Prior to his role at MDH, he served as a Project Developer at McKenney’s Incorporated, where he completed the development, negotiation, and closure of construction and sizable end-user mechanical, plumbing, and building automation projects. While at McKenney’s, Charles worked on a large aquarium exhibit, a 31-story high-rise office, hotel and condo development, and a 19-story high-rise office in Midtown Atlanta, among other successful projects.

Charles is a veteran of the US Army having served as an infantry officer from 2009-2014. He completed a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. He is a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia.
