Charles Tinsley

Charles leads utility intensive land initiatives for MDH Partners, supporting the firm’s strategic growth opportunities in high-demand technology-driven real estate sector. 

Previously at MDH, Charles worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute property improvement strategies aligned with acquisitions and asset management objectives. In this role, he managed a $20 million annual capital budget and delivered improvements across a 30+ million square foot logistics portfolio, including more than 3 million square feet of first-generation improvements supporting new development projects.

Prior to joining MDH Partners, Charles served as a Project Developer at McKenney’s Incorporated, where he led the development, negotiation, and execution of large-scale construction and end-user mechanical, plumbing, and building automation projects. His experience includes work on a major aquarium exhibit, a 31-story high-rise office, hotel, and condominium development, and numerous data center projects.

Charles is a veteran of the United States Army, having served as an infantry officer from 2009 to 2014, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2012. Utilizing his GI Bill benefits, he earned a Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate from Georgia State University in 2021, and is a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia.
