Caison Kitch

Caison joined MDH Partners as an analyst in January 2025. He supports the asset management team in all aspects of the portfolio’s operations, with a focus on properties in Texas and the Western United States.

Before joining MDH, Caison worked at Hilton’s corporate office in Dallas, Texas.

Caison earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with Summa Cum Laude honors from Texas Tech University. He is a member of NAIOP’s North Texas Chapter as well as its national Developing Leaders program.

Originally from Georgia, Caison was raised in Texas and now resides in Dallas, Texas.
