Clay Pfohl

As Vice President, Clay is responsible for the day-to-day asset management activities for properties in the East Region spanning 11 million square feet across six markets.  

Clay joined as a Senior Analyst and member of the Asset Management team in September 2020 and was promoted to Vice President in December 2023. In his time with MDH Clay has executed over 200 lease transactions totaling 7 million square feet.  

Prior to MDH, Clay began his career at HFF in Atlanta focused on office investment sales, working on fifteen transactions exceeding $1B dollars, he was transitioned with HFF into JLL. While he was an undergraduate, Clay served internships with North American Properties and Brixmor Property Group. Clay is a member of NAIOP’s Georgia Chapter as well as its national Developing Leaders program. 

He attended the University of Georgia where he earned a BBA in Finance from the Terry College of Business.
