Raymond Hill

Raymond joined as an Associate and member of the Asset Management team in September 2020. He is responsible for the management and leasing of properties throughout the east coast in various MDH Partners managed portfolios, as well as the company’s mixed-use projects.  

Raymond is focused on underwriting and valuation, as well as integration of newly acquired assets, taking an active role in oversight of leasing programs, capital projects and improving the performance of the overall portfolio. In his time with MDH he has been responsible for over 5 million square feet of lease transactions across various MDH Partners managed portfolios.  

Prior to joining MDH, Raymond was with the finance team for RCG Ventures where he worked in various capital markets and valuations capacities to support their national shopping center portfolio. Raymond began his career with Trimont Real Estate Advisors working in acquisitions and asset management roles on debt and equity investments in both Dallas, TX and Atlanta. 

Raymond attended Texas Christian University, where he earned a BBA in Finance in the Neeley School of Business. In 2020, he earned an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Raymond is a member of NAIOP’s Georgia Chapter as well as its national Developing Leaders program.
