Georga Rowe

Georga spearheads acquisition opportunities in Texas and throughout the Southwest, relying on more than eighteen years of experience in industrial leasing, asset management, and acquisitions.

Leveraging her knowledge of industrial markets and outstanding broker relationships across the Southwest, Georga has been instrumental in facilitating over $535 million in successful acquisitions since joining MDH Partners in October 2019. Her strategic guidance and leadership have significantly contributed to the remarkable growth and success of the company within the region. 

Prior to MDH, Georga refined her expertise while holding notable positions at prominent firms, such as GLP, where she served as the Vice President of Asset Management for over five years, as well as IndCor Properties, Cobalt Capital Partners, and Prologis. 

Georga graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where she earned a BBA in Finance. Dedicated to professional development and industry engagement, Georga maintains active memberships with NAIOP North Texas and NAIOP National Forums. Beyond her professional commitments, Georga remains connected to her alma mater, Southern Methodist University, where she volunteers her time to mentor and guide the next generation of real estate professionals.
