David Chi

David joined MDH Partners as a Development Analyst in 2025. He works closely with Matt Gregory, the Director of Development, in analyzing and underwriting new development opportunities.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business school with a triple concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Organizational Management. There, he was a Senior Lecturer for the Goizueta Real Estate Group’s educational wing.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, he enjoys riding motorcycles and rock climbing in his free time.
