David Chi

David is an Acquisitions Analyst at MDH Partners, where he focuses on analyzing and underwriting acquisition opportunities nationwide. He joined the firm in 2025 as a Development Analyst before transitioning to the acquisitions team in 2026.

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business school with a triple concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Organizational Management. There, he was a Senior Lecturer for the Goizueta Real Estate Group’s educational wing.

Originally from Atlanta, GA, he enjoys riding motorcycles and rock climbing in his free time.
