Matt Ludwig

As Head of Debt Capital Markets, Matt oversees all financing efforts across MDH, inclusive of all financing needs, debt strategy, and existing portfolio monitoring and compliance. He leverages 10 years of experience within the debt capital markets to guide the Acquisitions Team on financing assumptions, utilizing extensive lender relationships to execute on best-in-market terms and structure to achieve accretive financing.

Prior to joining MDH, Matt served as a Director on Bridge Investment Group’s Debt Capital Market team where he oversaw the financing efforts on nearly $3 Billion of debt across various verticals; this included Bridge’s Office Strategy, Net Lease Strategy, Logistics Strategy  as well as various Fund & Corporate-Level financings. Matt began his career at BOK Financial where he interned while in college and joined their Credit Training Program after college, eventually joining the Commercial Real Estate division in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Matt earned his BA in Economics with a minor in Finance from Texas Christian University. He and his wife enjoy dining out and traveling with friends.
