Lawrence Carter

Lawrence joined MDH Partners as an Analyst in January 2025, supporting the asset management team and portfolio operations. In this capacity, Lawrence works closely with Raymond Hill, the Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing properties in the MDH Partners Fund portfolio, with a particular focus on assets in the Southeast.

Before joining MDH, Lawrence worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, with a focus on growth strategy. Engaging with Fortune 100 companies across industries such as Logistics, Financial Services, and Consumer Goods.

Lawrence holds a BA in Philosophy from Morehouse College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Lawrence is originally from Detroit, MI, and is a current member of NAIOP Georgia.
