In alignment with strategic business goals, Monisha oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative functions at MDH to drive operational excellence and organizational efficiency as the company continues to grow.
Monisha is a seasoned operations executive with proven expertise growing, scaling and optimizing businesses efficiently. Monisha has served as a COO of several SaaS technology businesses and gained entrepreneurial experience founding and operating several EdTech and HRTech start-ups. Monisha also has over 20 years of consumer product and marketing experience working at top-notch companies including The Weather Channel, McKesson, EY and Lotus Development.
Monisha is also the founder and CEO of Productivity 101 which provides expertise, guidance, and tools to help people become more productive at work and more efficient in life.
Monisha graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and earned a master’s degree in Corporate Public Relations from Boston University. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and two adult children who come and go. She enjoys reading, traveling and serves in leadership positions at several women’s networking and leadership development organizations.
