James Hwang

James joined MDH Partners as Vice President of Acquisitions in August 2024. He is responsible for leading MDH’s acquisitions efforts in the newly established MDH office on the West Coast.

Before joining MDH, James operated as the Assistant Vice President of Investments at Rexford Industrial, focusing exclusively on the infill Southern California industrial markets. Leveraging his broker relationships and expertise in the region – James helped source, underwrite, and close 11.1 million square feet, totaling $2.7 billion.

James graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration, emphasizing finance.
