Cristina Dumas

Cristina joined MDH as Chief of Staff in May 2023 reporting to CEO, Jeff Small and CFO, Arun Singh. Cristina provides high level administrative and operational support for all facets of MDH Partners, as well as working on special projects for the C-level executives.    

Prior to joining MDH, Cristina was Director of Operations at New City Properties, a real estate development firm with over $2 billion and 4 million square feet of new construction and adaptive reuse activity in Georgia and Tennessee. She was responsible for New City’s day-to-day operations, and company administration. She helped the company expand from three to ten employees. She has previously worked at Jamestown, Starwood Mortgage Capital, and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation in Miami, FL.   

Cristina earned her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Miami. She completed additional studies at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and the Université de Bourgougne in Dijon, France. Cristina is fluent in Spanish.
